INTRODUCTORY INITIAL CONSULTATION $125

The primary purpose of this consult is to assess your needs or concerns and to be able to come up with a protocol in order to support your health going forward.

Some of the more frequent health challenges that can be addressed in the consult include, but are not limited to- sleep issues, pain management, stress, anxiety, and/or inflammation. These protocols can also be part of an integrative approach; blending natural medicine with conventional medicine, for the best outcome. Healing depends on the work that the individual is willing to do, and the intention they bring to their own healing, you will be met at where you are and personalize you protocol to meet your goals.

FOLLOW UP/MAINTENANCE, $75

The primary purpose of this consult is to assess your needs making adjustments and updates to your current protocol derived from the initial consultation.

What to Expect:

• These consults typically last approximately 30 to 45 minutes and are held privately at my office or via ZOOM or phone.
• A review of the client's health history will occur beforehand via intake, and any questions addresses during the appointment, as well as a determination of the client's current health concerns are; what brought them in for the consult.
• Review any pharmaceutical medications you may be taking (or have tried in the past) to avoid interactions.
• A  protocol and/or suggested referrals will be created with your approval and input. Typically, a protocol is followed for 1-3 months, with follow-ups needed depending on each case.
• Products will be selected based on your needs and preferences.
• Depending on the situation's complexity, the protocol suggestions may come immediately after the consult or may take a little time for the practitioner to focus on possible interactions or products specific to your needs.
• All suggested products will be explained so the client understands the recommended protocol and the expected outcome.
• Follow-up phone call or email to assess progress and titration for the first four weeks. If more is needed to address other issues and/or change protocols, a follow-up/maintenance appointment can be scheduled.
